I purchased this camper at the end of the 2016 season. I ran out of day and did not get any of the exterior cleaned so keep in mind it was cleaned last almost two years ago. I did clean a spot or two and take pics showing it does clean. A light guard out front porch missing. Small cr eak when stepping next to a vent in kitchen. Trailers first owner sat it on property never moved it but left awning out and it was damaged so the tracks, wiring, and controls are all there but no fabric automatic awning. The second owner and I also sat camper in one spot not to be moved so this thing hasn"t been drug all over. There are a couple exterior storage door seals that are coming apart and would need replaced and a few light bulbs. Other than that everything works as it should. Has leveling jacks, sewer plumbing, keys, and i have an anti sway hitch set up that will be included. Also leaving the sweeper, cleaning supplies, and anything in pics. O and exterior speaker has been broke since i purchased. Only starting this so cheap so it sells so please do not bid unless you plan to buy and plan to pay and pick up soon.
