Purchased this camper in April 2018, brand new, never used and never titled from an RV dealer who was retiring and getting out of the business. It sat on his lot unused and never sold. I am the first owner and have only had it three months. It is immaculate and still has the new smell inside.
I am only selling because I have the opportunity to buy a friend"s class c motorhome that he wasn"t intending to sell until now.
We only used the camper in late June for a trip to Shenandoah National Park for three nights. It was fantastic and worked flawlessly. It tracks straight down the highway even at 75mph.
Beyond being like brand new, I"ve added a brand new interstate battery, battery box, two full propane tanks and custom cover, sand pads added to stabilizer jacks, custom wire shelf system inside, rhino grey/black water holder, hoses, filters, wheel chocks, electric converter cable, and a brand new cover.
It has an electric brakes, a 12" awning, like new tires, electric flush toilet, shower, inside cooktop, 20 gallon water tank with electric pump, furnace for heat, hot water heater, outside shower, and a 3 way fridge. The camper easily sleeps 6 or more. It has two king sized slide outs and full sized dinette bed.
When I got it, I put it in the garage and thoroughly went through it to ensure everything was like new and functioned as new. I completely cleaned and buffed and waxed it. All the pics are from it being washed after coming back from our VA trip. It is now covered and completely clean and ready for its next adventure.
You will not find a cleaner pop up camper, as this one is basically 3 months old and only used for one, three night trip. $6850
A $250 paypal deposit will be due immediately and the balance of cash in person at the time of inspection/purchase. If not happy with the condition of the camper, no commitments necessary. This will be a pick up only item, unless a reasonable delivery distance is agreed upon.
