This is a 36 foot fifth wheel with 4 slide outs, full size kitchen, bathroom, and queen bed. Excellent storage inside and out. Fireplace, hidden 50 inch TV included. Two easy chairs, couch, and dining set included. This trailer has very low miles on it. It was used a temporary residence for a traveling nurse in Sonoma County California. It came from Arizona in 2016 and has been parked since. It has been very well maintained. It has an automatic leveling system, two 9-gallon propane tanks, fresh and grey water tanks, and a propane/electric water heater. The fridge was subject to a recall to repair a faulty temperature sensor and professionally repaired in 2017. This trailer is in very good condition and is ready to travel. It is large, comfortable with lots of lighting, and air conditioning, and easy to tow.
