This is a used 2010 Big Woody Teardrop trailer. It is well-loved and we have used it on many trips for ten years (as you can see from our large sticker collection on the kitchen door). The cabin is 4x6 with a bunk at the feet. My daughter slept there until she outgrew it this year (she is 7), so we are getting a larger trailer. It fits two adults on the bed, plus you can put a small child on the bunk like we did for 7 years. The condition is used, so it is not perfect. There is some well-worn wood trim pieces along the outside, an example of the worn parts is shown in the pictures. There is also some past damage on the bottom of the kitchen door (at the very bottom) from water being kicked back up onto it, which we patched and water-proofed (but its not a very pretty patch - a picture is in the photos). None of this affects the functionality of the trailer, but we set the price quite low to reflect this. These things can pretty easily be fixed by somebody with even a moderate level of skill. The inside is in good condition. It includes a mattress that is not the most comfortable (but can easily be replaced). The kitchen has a pull-out shelf for a microwave and another pull-out cutting board (it used to have a sink there but we removed it, but it can be put back). The kitchen also includes a microwave. It does not include the toaster oven that is in the photo and does not include the cooler. We got new tires on it and replaced the marine battery last year. It includes a spare tire. The battery lasts up to a week or more without being plugged in. It has dual power capacity (110 vac and 12 vdc, and there is a circuit breaker in the kitchen under the counter. It weighs about 500 lbs so it can be towed with any car. $700 deposit required within 24 hours of auction close, full payment required within 3 days of auction close. Pickup from AUBURN ALABAMA.
