This recent bank repo with condition report from bank is in great condition , master bed room, fold out sofa bed, fold down dinette AND 4 PERSON BUNK ROOM ! . We plugged it in and all the electrical things were in working order ( refrigerator AC ) The water system has been winterized
The interior as you can see by the pictures looks great floors solid ,did not see any leaks ,all of the interior in very nice condition just a real nice unit !
The outside of the RV also looks good as you can see by the pictures as well , the graphics look good some nicks and one plastic fender has crack and left front has minor dent (see pictures and video). The awning works and looks good,did not see any signs of any leaks
Tires are in good shape (see pictures ) they are not new, but we pulled it about 100 miles and handles well no problem
