2nd Owner , this RV was s elected for it"s size, sleeping area, appealing color combination, craftsmanship and amenities, the Chevy based chassis was chosen over Dodge for my being a prior Chevrolet owner and ability to maintain it. Mechanical upgrades include: · Brake drums with rotors replaced in the rear – July 2018 · New Emergency brake shoes – July 2018 · New Brake pads (main) – July 2018 · Brake rotors turned in the front – July 2018 · New brake pads (front) – July 2018 · Michelin Tires installed late in 2017 have under 10,000 miles
During ownership: · Modified the front bumper valence, busted by the prior owner, reducing size to clear curbs · Replaced the stove and sink tops damaged by the owner. · Book rack installed in living area · Replaced the 19” TV with a 21” · Replaced the original DVD player and Surround sound box Installed a Prodigy Brake Control Module
C Cosmetic updates: · Clear coat done to the home top. What else? · Onan generator, inverter, plumbing all work as normal. · Interior is in extremely good condition front to rear. · All electrics work fine. · Non-smoker use by both owners. · Carpet and hallway flooring as well as bath area are in VG condition. · Radio and back-up camera work. I did not get the code/password from the prior owner so can not set the Blue Tooth. Radio is marginal at this time & could be replaced. Back-up camera works. Considering other homes? This RT 210 popular has just a bit over 80,000 care-driven miles on it as a 2 nd owner. Aware from looking at different MFG motorhome with well under that mileage, I have arrived to find a vehicle battery dead, home in need of cosmetic repairs not identified ahead of time, a generator that doesn’t work or emergency brakes locked up from non-use or care. The home may be a 2009 year home based on a 2008 Chevy Express Van chassis and with 80,000 miles on the motor but the drivetrain and other has been worked on making this an easier choice in the long run despite the year. Any questions, please ask! My reason for selling? Stepping up to a 32 foot home toy hauler! No trades at this time unless a Four Cylinder Indian or ACE motorcycle period 1930 to 1942
