The camper is in pretty good shape, not perfect. This is a hybrid camper. I have about $7000 in it. Beds fold out on both ends and canvas covers the beds just like a popup camper. There are no mattresses. We just used blow up mattresses. It is 10 years old. I purchased it a year ago, loaned it out once, and used it once. I added new kitchen, bathtub and outside shower head fixtures to the camper. I put 4 new stabilizer jacks on it. When I purchased it, a tear in the canvas had let some water on the plywood of the one bed, so I had it rebuilt. You will see in the picture where a little bit of water can get through the tear in the side of the canvas, but that rebuilt bed is strong. I did not do anything to the canvas except put tape over that spot. You may want to patch or replace there. It was caulked all over and the roof was sealed last year, but that should probably be done again since it has been the better part of a year. I had the wheel bearings greased. It has been outside all year long. It has two Propane tanks, microwave, stove top and oven, all of which I"ve never used. The radio allows you to turn the music on either side of the inside of the camper or outside. When I bought it, the stereo unit must have been cleaned with something that stripped the plastic surface or something. The surface is sticky to the touch, but the unit works great. The fridge and air conditioner worked great the one time I took it out. Couch folds down to a bed and the kitchen table converts to a bed. The awning is messed up and should be replaced. The floor feels slightly soft to walk on in places, but looking underneath, the plywood is solid. It does have that white foam insulation under the floor. I know the guy I bought it from had put new laminate flooring on one side of the camper. I think the skylight might have let a little water in or something. It really isn"t a problem. .just trying to give you full detail. It is in good shape to be 10 years old. You can get a lot of use out of this. The tents were out when the storm/tornadoes came through our area a few weeks ago. We had massive rains. Not a drop of water got in. I hate to get rid of it, but reality is, we aren"t using it, and our family is really too big for it. I pull it with a 2001 Ford F-150. I didn"t even use stabilizer bars. It handles it easily.
