We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:

There is aroof AC unit that works.
The LP system works, Furnace Heat, Water Heater and Stove top function.
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it.
The water system works.
The fridge works.
The awning material needs to be replaced.
The tires have 2018 date codes. The window in the bedroom was missing when we purchased the camper. It was an emergency escape window that was not latched properly, it busted, then it rained and that is was why the counter under that window is swollen as you can see in the photos. The window was replaced and it does not leak and the counter is fine, it is just swollen along the edges.
If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar.
The only items checked are listed or shown in photos.
The 50 amp power cord is missing, we used one of our cords to check it out.
The LP tanks were missing so we used one of our tanks to check the LP system. The was a blow on on the driver side prior to our purchase and it pulled the wires out of the slide room. If you notice in the photos the lights do not work, this is why. The wires need to be replaced and reattached and the lights in the slide will function again. FYI, the slide rooms operate as they should.
If you purchase this item on an ebay auction, then the following conditions would apply:.
The $500 down payment is due as soon as the auction is over.
The total amount is due by the close of business on Wednesday whether you pick up it or not.
We are typically purchasing additional RVs at auctions nearly every week.
We require the payment by close of business on Wednesday so we can purchase additional units at the auction.
We try to sell a lot are very low profit so we have to turn out money very fast.
We charge a late payment fee of $400 if we do not receive the total by Wednesday.
As per our ebay auction terms and conditions we charge a $295 Doc fee in addition to the bid price.
You can pick up the camper anytime during our business hours M-Friday.
We can store the camper for free for up to 6 weeks after it has been paid in full.
Once it has been paid in full we can perform any service that you need since we are a full service facility. Deposit
