The floor needs to be replaced thru 90% of this camper. This is a handy man special, CHEAP. This camper is a 2010 Keystone Outback with 2 slides, approx 31ft and the UVW is approx 6445LBS.
We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:

There is roof AC that needs to be replaced, it does not function.
The LP system works, we did not check since the LP bottles and the LP regulator are were missing. Th Furnace Heat, Water Heater and Stove top most likely function, but who knows.
The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it.
The water system works.
The fridge works.
The tires have old date codes and need to be replace.
If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar.
The only items checked are listed or shown in photos.
If you purchase this item on an ebay auction, then the following conditions would apply:.
The $500 down payment is due as soon as the auction is over.
The total amount is due by the close of business on Wednesday whether you pick up it or not.
