Custom ordered 2009 NUWA Hitchhiker II LS 34.5 UKSGB fifth wheel trailer is offered by the original owner. The trailer is in excellent condition and is being offered for sale as I am updating to a newer trailer. It was ordered with upgraded greasable 7,000 pound suspension including Equaflex spring equalizers. The trailer has electric over hydraulic disc brakes. Sealed maintenance free bearings have been replaced within the last two years. The commercial grade G rated tires are new this year. The trailer is equipped with a Cummins Onan 3600 LP generator with about 420 hours on the meter. The transfer switch is new. The awning fabric has been replaced within the past year. The NUWA Hitchhiker is one of the few RVs of any type that is certified by the manufacturer as a full-time, four-season camper. The front storage area and the underbelly is fully sealed and heated. The interior is in excellent condition. It features a queen bed with nightstands on both sides, a mirrored door closet that spans the entire front of the trailer. There is a safe in the closet. There is a large storage area under the bed. The bathroom has a porcelain toilet with sprayer, a walk-in sit down shower and a Corian sink with medicine cabinet. The bathroom closet is prepped for a washer and dryer. The kitchen features a L-shaped Corian counter with extension that provides a lot of working and serving area. There are two residential size under hung sinks. The kitchen has a Everpure H-54 water filter and tap to produce outstanding quality water. The refrigerator is a 10 CF gas/electric Norcold. The dining area has a free-standing table with leaf and four free standing chairs with storage under the seats. The kitchen counter is overhung providing a nice area for two bar stools. The trailer has a Dirt Devil on-board whole house vacuum system that includes a “magic dust pan” in the kitchen. The living area has reclining Euro chairs with foot stools and a queen size sleeper sofa. The street side slide in the living area has a workstation and TV. I ordered the AV distribution system that allows multiple simultaneous media inputs delivered to the three wired TV locations; the living area, the bedroom and the front storage area. A digital TV is installed in the living area. The floor coverings are carpeted except for the kitchen area that was ordered with the hardwood upgrade. All windows have day-night shades. A couple of years ago, I experienced a bearing failure that resulted in damage to a wheel. At the time, NUWA had only two remaining matching OEM aluminum wheels. I bought both of them and now have a spare wheel should a problem occur in the future. These wheels cannot be replaced with like product any more.
