Look in pictures for the dealer specifications sheet. It has some nice upgrades, like the 10 gallon electric/propane water heater. The interior has been remodeled to be lighter and more homey. Also comes with $1,000 worth of skirting necessary for camping in the single digits. If it is warmer than that the 4 season package is plenty to keep you warm. We full-timed with this RV in Northern Virginia for two years. The reason we are selling is that we upgraded to a larger Class A. It is advertised locally and will be removed if it sells before the end of auction. Buyer is responsible for pickup.
