PLEASE read the entire listing BEFORE bidding, as all bids will be considered final and there will be no returns without prior arrangement! This auction is for a Little Guy Five Wide teardrop travel trailer and 10" X 10" screen room/tent, which attaches to either side door and adds a weather tight 100 square foot additional room. The trailer is a 2009/2010 model and is in excellent condition, it is approximately 13" overall length. Since I"ve owned it I"ve added the 10 X 10 tent which is made specifically for these trailers; a custom cover; tool box on the front tray; a solar battery charger for the on board 12 volt battery; replaced the interior incandescent bulbs with LED s; a 100 volt heater that can be plugged in when connected to "shore power" (shown in the photos). There is three speed fan and ceiling vent to either blow air in or exhaust air from the interior and the previous owner also added two marine portholes (one on each side) for additional ventilation. This trailer is a breeze to tow, we"ve traveled to northern Oregon, towing with a Subaru Impreza (no turbo) averaging 24mpg and pulled Questa on Hwy 101 in 3rd & 4th gear north from San Luis Obispo. The included bed is a queen sized futon and I"m including a folding table, shown in the photos. I have a separate 10 X 10 canopy (shown in the photos) which I can include for an additional $200.00. I"m including photos of it set up at a camp site, to show the various attachments. This does NOT include a water tank or an on-board galley, which were not included when built, but one could add them if you choose - the trade of is an additional 18" of foot space in bed length. I usually carry two five gallon water containers, which have lasted a week. The trailer is only available for local pick up in the S.F. Bay Area (San Leandro/Castro Valley, specifically), though I can arrange to tow within a sixty mile radius. If the buyer wants any form of transport for delivery, they will need to arrange that.
