Newly Remodeled bumper pull trailer. We are the third owners of this trailer and we remodeled it when we bought it, less than a year ago. We bought it to live in full time but our plans have changed and we are sad to sell it! It"s a 2009 Keystone VR1 with quad bunks, the bunk house is perfect for a family! It was well taken care of and maintained before we bought it, we just wanted to freshen it up a bit. We built all new kitchen cabinets, installed a washer/dryer combo, new paint, light fixtures, countertops, sinks/faucets, new instant water heater (no more 4 minute showers!), nugget ice maker, new convection microwave oven, new Purple full size mattress (If you"ve never heard of Purple, look them up! They"re amazing!), new black out/heat blocker roller shades throughout, 2 portable induction cooktops. new flooring throughout, new furniture (Sofa, table, benches, all decor/ linens in pictures are included! Also comes with dishes, cups, bowls, plates, pans, utensils. Everything you see in the pictures is included! The only thing we weren"t able to finish on the inside was the cabinet doors, so those would need to be purchased if desired. We didn"t care to have the awning on it, so we removed that. We started taking off the outside vinyl decals and buffering it for a cleaner look but we weren"t able to finish that as well, but all the supplies we were using to do that are included. We just had new tires put on and resealed the roof. The fiberglass is in great shape! Just recently bought a brand new deep cycle battery. Overall, everything is in great shape. We built it to live in, so it"s well suited for long stays on full hook ups!
