All of the decals are in excellent shape and not pealing, and the tires are Goodyear LT235/85R16 G-Rated tires purchased in 2017 with approximately 500 miles on them. For Sale 38 foot - Take your second home camping! 2009 Alumascape Suite (36REQ) by Holiday Rambler (with 4 slide outs) - The pictures say it all! If you want to get away in luxury, at an affordable price, this is your chance. This is a very clean and well maintained 50-amp 4 slide out 5th wheel camper that has everything you could ask for. It has been stored inside when we aren"t" using it, and comes with all of the original service manuals.
On the exterior, it features all new Goodyear LT235/85R16 G-Rated tires in 2017, and two new axillary batteries in 2016. The tires only have about 500 miles on them and the batteries hold an excellent charge. The 16-foot awning is in great shape, and it also has a huge storage space under the front bedroom for all of your lawn chairs, coolers, fishing rods, or other camping supplies. The decals are all in great condition with none of them pealing. The external marker lights have been converted to LED, and LED lighting has been added under the awning to add to your nighttime fun.
It"s clean interior also features two flat screen TVs (one in the living room and one in the Master bedroom), built-in carpet vacuum system, day and night window shades on all of the windows, two AC Units, and lots of storage in the beautiful wood cabinets throughout the camper. This model even features a wine rack and electric fireplace so you can bring the party inside on those rainy nights.
The living room, which is located in the rear of the camper, features a surround sound entertainment system, cabinets, the wine rack and electric fireplace on the back wall, a couch that pulls out to a queen-sized bed, two comfortable chairs, and plenty of overhead cabinets on each side.
The kitchen, located in the middle and includes a microwave, gas stove and oven, refrigerator, pantry closet and breakfast bar, with overhead storage cabinets, as well as a 4-chair table set that is expandable.
The bathroom, which can be entered either from the master bedroom or the hallway, features a full medicine cabinet above the sink, storage cabinets, full shower with a skylight, and porcelain toilet. This bathroom has plenty of space to move around without feeling cramped.
The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed with room to add a king. It also has under the bed storage, his and her closet space, and full dresser space with additional over-head cabinets for the rest of your clothes.
This camper is being sold "As-Is" without warranty. Please note that I am requiring a $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit to be received by the seller within 48 hours of the bidder winning the auction. This deposit will be made via bank wire or transfer. If I do not receive the required deposit within 48 hours after the auction has ended I will assume you do not want the camper and will place it up for auction again. The winning bidder will then have 10 days after the auction has ended to pick up the camper. I will not deliver. At the time of pick up the remaining balance must be paid in full with a Certified Cashier"s Check to receive the camper and the title. After the 10 days has expired, if the camper has not been picked up, I will place the camper back up for auction again and the deposit will be forfeited .
