Vehicle description
This is a 2009 Heartland North Trail travel trailer. We bought it from the original owner 5 years ago. First off the floor in the bathroom has been replaced because of water damage from the shower. We noticed a soft spot, took the bathroom apart and replace the floor and insulation as we had planed on keeping this camper. The camper has a microwave / convection oven, stove with 3 burners, 6 gallon gas hot water tank, gas or electric fridge, 30 amp service, antenna, TV, AM FM cd alarm radio, large rear bath with corner shower with a door, queen island bed, furnace, cold air conditioning, max air vents on both the roof vents, bath room vent fan, electric tongue jack, newer batter, newer tires (replace because of the not so good factory ones) spare tire, camper cover, dual wide stance axels, buddy bearings, 2 15 LB propane tanks, plenty of storage, security locks on the outside compartments, dinette table, non smoking, 8 foot X 18 inch slide for the dinette that is U shaped and makes the second bed, the awning is 17 foot long, the roof is in very good condition, all blinds and curtains are good, fire extinguisher and smoke detector, everything works as it should and is in very good condition. The crank for the leveling jacks and awning rod are with the camper. Local pick up with in 7 days at end of sale with cash only at the local law enforcement office if you care for that. The starting bid is well below the N.A.D.A. value of this camper. We are selling due to taking care of parents and not using the camper. For more information of this model you can go to the Heartland website. We pull this with a half ton truck and it does fine. The wide axel is a very nice feature. Our longest trip was to Branson MO and had no issues pulling in the hills. We do keep it stored in a barn. It is about 24 feet total length from tongue to rear bumper. You are welcome and encouraged to come and look at it before you bid. Pick up with in 7 days unless arrangements are made. 30 mile south of Indianapolis, 317 625 4607.
