Trailer has large lay out with dinette both or couch, Kitchen with island. Garage is 12 feet long with electric couch/bed, half bath and laundry connection. Large front bedroom with walk around Queen bed and full bathroom with a shower . Built in 5k Onan generator with 754 hours, 6 point self leveling system and fuel station. The trailer has Nevada Salvage Ti tle due side damage. There is some damage to the right side skirts and few holes that were repaired in rear tail gate. T railer is road worthy with some newer tires, the appliances and mechanicals in working order. Trailer was towed from Nevada to California, is for sale by a dealer, with no financing and is now located in Rocklin California. Trailer does not have wet or moldy smell.
