Air Mattress from foldout couch needs to be replaced
Heater not working due to noise from fan, most likely easy fix.
Minor electrical issues. 90% working.
A local repair shop was consulted about these issues, they suggested around $500 for each, $1,000 total. Included taking out the heater and replacing the fan. Minor electrical issue was suggested to be an issue with one of the lamps in the rear of the trailer, repair suggestion was to replace with an LED fixture instead.
