Overall, this coach is in good to very good condition. It is very clean with no odors. It has always been a smoke free and pet free unit. There is some fabric fraying on the arm of the chair and the dinette bench. Look at the pictures for clarification. The tires have approximately 2000 miles on them and the battery was recently replaced. We are also including an RV cover that protects the entire unit from the elements. A non-refundable deposit of $500 (through PayPal) is required within 24 hours of purchase. The remaining balance is due within 7 days of purchase.
