Four coin sized stains on floor and the bathroom counters lip is starting to separate could use some glue. Can"t find any rust it has a nice frame. No soft spots that we could find. Everything was tested recently and worked the lights, outlets, water, etc. It"s a nice trailer and was kept well. Looks as if previous owners hardly used it.
