Nice solid unique trailer up for auction. .22 feet long. 12 feet are enclosed including the v-nose. .ceiling is 7 feet tall and trailer is 8 feet wide. .the open section is 10 feet long and 8 feet wide. .sides of open section reach over 2 feet tall and tailgate opens up to a full sized heavy duty ramp for loading and unloading. Enclosed section has been customized to include large bunk with storage underneath, power outlets, v-nose countertop with cabinet & drawers, wall mount flat screen TV w/ DVD. .tie down tracks along the sides, skylight, windows, and interior lights. Trailer can also be externally powered via generator or other power source.
Overall condition is great, the exterior shows a few minor dings here and there. .trailer would look beautiful with a nice spray paint job. .tires are great. The only significant issue is on the inside of the enclosed part at the back corners you can see where the wood is damp. .not sure how the moisture is getting in but I have had the unit stored outside for a few years and the corners never get anymore than slightly damp to the touch at those two corners only and there is no bad smell or anything associated with the moisture. Note: The faded looking moisture spots around the skylight are from an old leak that has since been sealed up
