My family and I have enjoyed this RV for many years. It has been dependable as we have traveled all over the US and seen a great many national parks. Relatively low miles at only 35,284 currently. It has the Ford 6.8 V10 and has always felt powerful enough even in the Rocky mountains. I hope the pictures do most of the talking because I’m not sure what all I can tell you. We haven’t made a trip in over 18 months and my boys are both grown and my wife doesn’t like camping and we need the space. It has been parked under roof most of its life so the top is in good shape. There are several window seals that are shrinking and probably need maintenance but we have not had leaks. The tires are a couple years old but with very few miles since new. There are no fold outs but it has three beds and we have slept 4 comfortably. The dining table makes into a one of the beds and it has a loft bed above the cab and main bed in rear. The RV runs strong and needs no mechanical maintenance. It will likely need a few cosmetic repairs on the inside and seals on the outside windows, interior is clean but well used. It has not been lived in but only used for vacations. LP tank holds gas well and feeds gas stove top and Fridge and freezer. A/C unit is electric and works best when plugged in at camp site. The onboard gasoline generator can barely keep up with the load for A/C but otherwise works well. Lots of underneath storage but I ran out of room for more pictures. Has potable and gray water tanks for sink, shower and comode which flushes well. If you have any questions please send a message through and maybe we can find a way to discuss real time.
