This 5th Wheel Toy hauler is a really clean awesome camper. It has 3 slides making it feel huge inside. The garage is 12 feet long and has a washer and dryer setup already installed. It comes with an updated TV and inside/outside sound system. The air conditioner was replaced last summer and everything in this treasure works great.The camper comes with 95 gallon fresh water tank, 2 40 gallon grey water and 45 gallon black water tank. All tanks are heated for winter use. Forest River rates this camper good to 20 degrees. We have had it working in -20 and no problems. and it is fully skirted The 5.5k generator works like a champ, although it probably needs a good cleaning.There is a fuel station with a 40 gallon storage tank with onboard electric pump and a 25 gallon tank for the generator.This camper sleeps 10. The master bed is an RV Queen plus the couch pulls out into a bed, the loft sleeps 2, and there is a bed and a couch in the garage that both sleep 2.No leaks in this and it pulls like a dream without any bouncing or jerking you around.
