Up for auction is a 2009 Dutchemen Grand Junction 40ft 5th Wheel with 4 Slide Outs. This unit is good for putting on a permanent site and furnish the way you want it. It will need a household refrigerator, sofas and dinette. This unit is priced to sell for less because it needs some work inside. It was smoked in inside. It is pre wired for an Onan generator and has a spot in the front cabinet for a generator. It also has washer/dryer hookups. The exterior is in pretty good shape overall, has a dent in the passengers side rear sheet metal lower trim. It needs a good wash on the outside. The interior upon entry has the spot for the refrigerator, no microwave, no dinette table. The rear living room will need some furniture but does have a sofa in there. The entertainment area could use some work. Upstairs the bathroom has a full door to enter and has a neo angle shower, toilet and vanity. From the hallway there is a full door to the bedroom and a door from the bedroom to bathroom. There is no mattress, has a bureau and sliding mirror closet doors and louvered doors for where a washer/dryer combo could be placed. A regular RV refrigerator could be put in place but a household style would be a more affordable decision. Overall the interior is ok inside but needs cleaning and has wear here and there plus the missing furniture and appliances. It has a power awning and slide topper awnings which have some wear but are still there working and operating.
