2009 Dutchmen 26B-DSL.
Single slide out. Sleeps 8 - 2 bunk beds, fold down table and sofa, and queen master. 3 burner gas stove with vent hood and oven. Microwave Air Conditioning and gas furnace. 6 gallon gas water heater.
Freshwater tank 46 gal, gray and black water tanks 42 gal each.
AM/FM Stereo with CD player. Gas/Electric refrigerator and freezer. Full bathroom with tub and shower. Front and rear stabilizer jacks. Spare tire and cover. 20 foot awning. Full breathable cover for winter storage. Manuals for appliances Unladen weight - 6211 lbs, GVWR - 9680 lbs, hitch - 930 lbs, payload - 3469 lbs. Total length (including tongue and spare) 30 feet.
We no longer have a need for a camper this large. We bought this used in 2015 and it has been maintained and kept in good shape. The roof is cleaned and treated every year and rubber seals kept clean. I have replaced vent caps that were bleached and dried out by the sun as well as a few other plastic items outside that the sun damaged. Everything in the interior works.
We replaced the awning in September 2018 and put 4 new tires on at the same time. We only used the camper once in 2019, at a nearby park. So there is only about 100 to 150 miles on the tires. We didn"t use it at all in 2020 because of all of the shutdowns. However, we did do the roof and awning cleaning and treatments and drained the antifreeze and other tasks needed if we were going to use it. It has a current Pennsylvania state safety inspection sticker.
The one thing – that I am aware of – that is broken is the TV antenna wire broke at the point where it attaches to the antenna. I have not gotten around to fixing that because we simply didn"t use it.
