2009 Dutchman Grand Junction 37THL FifthWheel RV.
What is New : Living room air conditioner, water heater,toilet, refrigerator cooling unit,
What needs repaired: Water pump has slow leak. A water line froze the day after we moved out of it and now leaks. Black and gray tank valves are ready to be replaced (tanks can still be emptied). One front jack leg is disconnected from the electric motor (electric motor still works). Probably time for a roof sealing job (no water leaks anywhere).
Overall condition: For a 13 yr old RV, everything is in good shape. It just needs a little more attention and will be a good deal for someone. The furniture is in great condition except the two recliners are worn pretty bad (they still function).
This is an AS IS deal! I need it gone ASAP! I CANNOT deliver and it needs to be picked up at the time of purchase.
