Vehicle description
Selling my 2009 Chevrolet C5500 32ft Shuttle Bus. It was just retired from UPMC hospital where it was still hauling people around a few months ago. They do decent upkeep on their fleet vehicles so it"s in good condition still. This has the 8.1 Vortec modern fuel injected big block gas engine and the Allison transmission. It runs and drives great, there are no warning lights on the dash or anything wrong with it that I can tell. It has 250k miles on the odometer.
This bus is very solid and has minimal rust underneath for a northern bus. 95% of the frame still has the factory paint on it. The tires are in good condition and it cruises at 70mph easily with no vibrations. It is quite easy to drive nothing challenging about driving it except keep in mind to make wider turns.
This bus is already titled as a motorhome in Ohio for an RV conversion. No CDL required to drive it for RV use. This bus has a huge interior and a tall ceiling height at 78"
The preferred payment method for this bus is CASH in person, if there are circumstances that require it I may consider a wire transfer but those are the only accepted methods of payment. You can contact me directly at
