Gorgeous 2009 Forest River Cedar Creek Day Dreamer 37 Ft 5th Wheel. Beautiful and clean inside and out. 2 flat screen TVs (Large Sony in living room) Nice like new washer and dryer. Fireplace. Ceiling Fan, 2 AC"s. All Stainless faucets sinks and appliances. Big Stainless Refrigerator/Freezer. All stone counter tops throughout. Great separate clean nice toilet room with nice clean toilet. Separate washer dryer closet. Large clean shower. Great working order. No leaks, great condition. Roof is in good condition just recently resealed as well. There is one crack on one of the air conditioner covers (to cover only) and one slide cloth cover is ripped. Both extremely easy and low cost to fix. The wall on the INSIDE of the closet has been redone with great quality materials, this was due to superficial damage inside of closet wall upon shipping when first bought.This is all reflected in the price. Never been smoked in. I don"t want to sell my beautiful RV, but I need the income. Come by to see in person or bring offers online.
