Vehicle description
This great toy hauler is in good condition. Everything works and is functional (to my knowledge). I am the third owner (to my knowledge). This camper has PLENTY of room for 6 grown adults.
As of the last time we had the camper out the stove, oven, heat/air, refrigerator, and hot water tank are all functional. The fridge and hot water tank are dual-energy (can run off propane or electricity. I pull this camper with a 1/2 ton F-150. The area outside of the bathroom has some "bounce" in the floor. This is due to the floor being replaced by the previous owner. The story I was told by the previous owner is that the toilet overran and saturated the flooring. He replaced it and says it needs some more support. Again, I have not inspected nor removed the laminate flooring myself. This is an area someone may want to look at. I"m 280 LBS and have never had an issue with moving around inside the camper.
There is/was a minor roof leak in the back above the haul area. The previous owner attempted to fix, I am unsure of if it is fixed. There are no stains on the ceiling but the previous owner seems to think water was somehow getting into the floor near the back cargo area. The previous owner laid brandnew laminate flooring throughout the camper.
THE ENTIRE FRAME HAS RECENTLY BEEN REPAINTED ALSO.
