You are looking at a good looking 2009 38ft FOREST RIVER XLR 38512 REAR RAMP TOY HAULER . recent new rv trade that sleeps 12, .Three slide outs 2 ac, microwave ,refrigerator, 5500 Cummings Onan generator with only 142 hours ! all in working order The interior looks great as you can see by the pictures,Beautiful hardwood floors The ceiling walls and floor all solid , interior trim all good no rips or tares .did not see any leaks No signs of smoking or pet smells The outside of the RV also looks good as you can see by the pictures as well , the graphics are a little fades and could use some freshening up, the awning shows a little wear at the top but functional, Roof has just been resealed and looks great. A few dings here and there but all in all . Just a well maintained good looking unit , Tires look good pulled it over 100 miles
