This is a : 2009 30" Forest River Cherokee Wolf Pack Toy Hauler. It has water damage in the bathroom on the ceiling. I believe from the sky light and or fan is leaking. I didnt feel any soft spots in the floor. Starting at the back of the trailer, ladder goes on the door, has draw gate (door). It can stay down or up, it has a screen, kitchenette / 2 person bed (that goes up to ceiling or down), it has a 12" garage with D hooks in the floor (when its not being used as a garage its living space) then couch / bed (folds up on wall), an outside door, kitchen, door, then bathroom, door, then bedroom. It has ac (unit is on the roof , the plastic cover is broken due to a winter storm. I have another one not sure if it fits). Has heat, refrigerator , microwave, stove, shower /tub (stained), storage, cabinets, checkered flag awning (no rips) Comes with TV, radio with indoor or outdoor speakers, town hitch and sway bars and 2 propane tanks, 4 mounted scissor jacks with crank. It has a fuel tank and pump on board. We towed it with a 2500 truck. I have mauals. WE JUST GOT BACK FROM DAYTONA WITH IT. Ac n fridge works.
