Very clean new rv trade if your looking for a nice roomy very maneuverable trailer this smaller 5th wheel is the one. Equipped with the polar package for year round camping and the Half ton series at 7300 lbs Dry weight can be pulled with most Half ton Pickups
We plugged it in and everything was in working order ,ac,heat microwave refrigerator.Also has 5th wheel resting tripod in storage cabinet underneath. Plenty of storage inside and out . This unit is winterized
The interior looks great as you can see by the pictures, The ceiling walls and floor all solid , interior trim all good no rips or tares .did not see any leaks No signs of smoking or pet smells .just a very nice environment The outside of the RV also looks good as you can see by the pictures as well , the roof . sides and graphics in good shape, the awning looks good and is in working order , Tires look good pulled it over 100 miles no issues
