Vehicle description
This unit is a single owner non-smoking. It has been kept outside and well maintained with regular service at certified motorhome repair locations. The maintenance has included regular hand washing and waxes. The unit was used on a regular bases for travel and camping thru October 2015. Since October 2015, the unit has been driven less-than 200 miles. 6 new tires were purchased and installed when serviced and winterized in October 2015. Pics of the tread are available upon request. The owners are willing to leave all items needed for camping/travel to remain in the unit should the new owners want the dishes, pots, pans, o/s camp stove, 12x12 pop up canopy, chairs, rug, blocks for jacks, etc. . The original window sticker is the last two pics, so interested parties can easily see what this unit offers. The generator has 1615 hours. (See pic) The exterior does have three locations with minor damage (See Pics). The unit has been gently used during our ownership. All original manuals are in the unit. When manufactured, this unit had several upgrades that need noted to include the Workhorse 24,000# chassis with 22.5 tires at $8210, full body paints (Mocha Frost) at $6195, the four door refrigerator at $2135, washer/dryer combo at $1386, satellite TV system auto prep at $1253, and the mask front ext protective shield at $1225. The mask front ext protective shield should be removed and replaced at this time.
