| “I was bidding on a vacant lot at a resort, however, I ended up with a bigger lot and trailer. When I purchased this trailer about 2 years ago the interior was a little rough but I wanted to upgrade it so I negotiated the purchase price of $10,000.00 down from the original asking price of $12,000.00.Camping World was to check everything to make certain everything was in proper working order that was when I was told that the trailer had a roof leak that damaged part of roof and left side and part of rear, they redid roof repaired replaced all damaged areas and checked everything and made certain everything was in working order, my bill was almost $10,000.00 (I have the receipts) Additionally I purchased new dinette cushions and had all window accessories redone, part of floor redone as well as miscellaneous interior upgrade this was done by my workers at a cost of over $900.00, bringing my total investment to approx. $21,000.00. This trailer has been sitting at my friends house and I nor anyone else has been using the trailer, I need to get it out of my friends yard so I am willing to sell it at this bargain price to get rid of it. I am an 83 year old widower and disabled veteran and no longer have confidence in towing it so it is a great trailer for somebody at a great price.
It is located in Anaheim, local pick up only. this trailer is listed on other venues so will no longer be available if it sell on another listing area.
