My family has enjoyed this camper for the past three years, but it is time to move onto something bigger. This camper is perfect for weekend getaways with a family of four or smaller. Less cleaning, fixing and backing up into a camp site.This camper is being sold as is. Buyer will be responsible for pick up. This camper has been in my garage when not in use. The camper was last used in September 2021. The following worked on the last trip: air conditioner furnace fresh water holding tank with a water pump all of the lights ceiling fan manual awning The camper comes with a battery. I never used the refrigerator because it is small. I used a separate small refrigerator. There are no leaks.
The vinyl is in pretty good condition except for a few mouse holes. A mouse did get into the camper and put holes into the vinyl on one end. I repaired those and there have been no problems. I also secured any place where I saw a mouse could get in and haven"t had an issue since. The floor is pretty solid. The wood underneath the beds looks brand new. Another item of note is that the top part of the door isn"t secured completely at the top but when Velcroed into the vinyl it is pretty solid.
The gross vehicle wait is 2200 pounds which gives about 220 pounds for stuff. Tongue weight is 215 pounds. The camper is just over 13 feet long and 7" 1" wide. The camper comes with a bike rack on top of the camper. I never used this so can"t vouch for this. There is also a spare tire. Lastly, there are brakes which were installed in 2019.
