Very good shape - has worked well for getting our entire family outdoors and to a number of state/national parks! Well maintained with electric brakes, new tires in 2016 (radial, not bias ply) and wheel bearings packed just last year. Sleeps up to 6 people with two end beds (full & queen) and convertible dining table, dinette slide out offers more internal room than typical popups. A lot of storage compartments throughout the camper as well, including under the dinette seats and other cabinets. Also has a 3-way fridge, furnace, water heater, porta-poddi/shower, two burner stove with aluminum top, and sink. We"ve added a modification with a second-level shelf that connects the sink to the stove top, giving you long, single level counterspace with storage space underneath (very useful!). A lot of storage compartments throughout the camper as well, including under the dinette seats and other cabinets). Length is 18 closed, but 23-24 feet when fully opened.
All canvas is in good shape with no staining, rips/tears, or water penetration. Vinyl floor and upholstery also all in very good shape. Electric lift on roof makes setup that much easier. Standard 20-pound propane tank and Exide deep cycle battery 2014, (group size 27, 182 min reserve capacity) included.
