The trailer is in very good condition as you can see in the pictures. There are only two issues that I am aware of; One being the awning needs to be replaced and Two the shower stall insert has a crack in it and should be replaced at some point. I am asking $8,200.00 which is below the average retail price as shown on the NADA pricing guide web site listed below. I have a Clear Title on this Trailer. I am including some extras such as anti sway bars, sewer and water hoses and electric hook up cable. I am willing to negotiate some.
