This is an extremely clean and well cared for trailer. I purchased it from the original owner who had it built specifically to use on his deer lease to hunt and trailer his UTV with roof, hence the extra 6" height and 4500lb heavy duty loading ramp. It has RV vents up top, one in front and one in back, for ventilation. Has a side RV sliding window on one side, and a sliding RV window/door on the other, also good for cross ventilation. 12v dome lights inside and 12v porch light outside. All the lights both inside and outside work, to include turn signals, brakes, etc. Trailer is inspected and on the road here in Texas currently. Also added were shop lights run off 120v (see extension cord hookup in photos) as well as more 120v outlets than you will ever need (build sheet shows 3, several more were added). Custom entertainment center with storage area was added up front. TV SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS IS NOT INCLUDED. Mini fridge included and is in excellent condition . Microwave is included and is in excellent condition. The portable AC/Heater shown is included and is in excellent condition. Has two fold down beds, MATTRESSES SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS NOT INCLUDED. 4 tie down points in the back for your golf cart, UTV, ATV, motorcycles, etc. Has two axles, both of which have torsion suspension. Pulls like a DREAM on the highway or the city. WAS NOT AFFECTED AT ALL DURING THE HURRICANE. We did not flood at all. I am in West Tempe Tx north of lake livingston dam, almost two hours from Houston. All five tires are excellent. Recently replaced the breakaway battery. Includes 2 5/8" hitch with sway bar. The only reason I am selling this trailer is to put the money into other projects, we have over 10 acres and have alot of projects that need to be finished. I purchased it to use as storage during a move, and also to use as a shop once moved to my new place, however we ended up getting a 600sq ft shop, so I no longer have a use for the trailer.
