2008 Monte Vista 33RL 5th wheel
Real Lounge with huge living area thanks to the opposing slides, there is also a master bedroom slide. This model has a very nice bathroom layout in that you can access it separately from either the bedroom or hallway while keeping the bedroom closed off. This is a major improvement over most floor plans including a lot of newer units that require guest to fully enter the master bedroom to shower or use the toilet.
Everything works, extra rooftop AC in the bedroom, new 12 gallon dsi water heater, new toilet, factory central vac option, aluminum wheels with brand new tires (less than 1k miles).
This is a used camper, it is in good shape for the age but will certainly have need some minor repairs/replacements due to age. This was a 100% NON-SMOKING and zero pets inside RV. There are no funny smells or attempts to hide anything. The propane tanks are also brand new last year and full. The awning is original and will need replacement (about $180 dollars) the mechanism is fine, the fabric is just old. Furniture is in overall good condition but could use a little cleaning in some areas.
