This trailer includes 74x60 Queen Size Bed, plenty of storage, 2 slide outs, full size shower, separate toilet, Space & hookups for stand up washer dryer, Newly installed roof, 16,000 BTU Central A/C Unit installed last year, 30,000 BTU Standard Furnace, original Propane Heater, 10 Cubic Foot refrigerator, 3 Burner Standard Range, Standard for Microwave, 2 Basin Sink, Hot Stick in hot water Heater, pull out couch, Outside Wash Station, 2 year old Marine Battery, and 2 new propane tanks. Trailer had a leak in front slide so flooring was replaced with new wood & linoleum tiles. Has 3 roof vents ,1 Skylight in bathroom.
