Always kept under cover! This 2008 Little Guy, able to be used as a “utility” trailer is exempt from most states tax, title and registration fees. You may apply for a title if you’re in a state that will issue one for a utility trailer, but this trailer cannot have a South Carolina title due to utility useage, therefore one cannot be supplied. Bill of sale will be provided! There is no 12 volt power onboard, however it does have factory battery operated lights inside that run on AA batteries. This is a top quality minimalistic trailer with the basics. Mattress is new and custom for the unit! I have a larger RV now due to family expansion:) 800lbs total and 80 lbs tongue weight approximately. You can easily tow this with a 4 cylinder all day long! Sticker on back can stay if you like or I’ll remove it:) The tires are in good condition with no leaks, trailer is not damaged and is water tight. Never ANY issues! Spare tire with rim included.
