This is a used 2008 toy hauler. It has been very well taken care of. Very Good tires and exterior was just buffed and repainted. Very good looking RV please see pictures. The front A/C is new added last year. It has 4 6 Volt batteries and 30 amp solar controller with 3000watt/6000 surge pure sine inverter (1 year old). It has three 30 lb propane tanks and 5500 ONAN gas generator with less than 900 hours. Please look at the pictures carefully and I will answer any questions you have. Trailer has never hauled any toys so the Toy Box is not beat up. The bad. Center AC is not in optimal condition and does not cool as its suppose to. I will have it replaced at a professional shop if a sale is made. Also the couches and chairs leather (fake leather) is not is good shape please look at the pictures. Currently the trailer has a gooseneck adapted that will sell with the trailer if you so need it. I will also let the hotel service connections go with the trailer, and I have some extra parts that are also included as in an extra awning support arm, and side panel over the wheels. Last month I had all the slides serviced and replaced the forward slide decking. All slide awnings are in good shape two are new. Please ask any questions. . .
