This camper is in EXCELLENT condition. We are selling the camper because we just are not using it enough to justify having it. It has 3 slide outs that all function flawlessly. The bunk room sleeps 5. There is a queen size pull out couch in the living area which sleeps 2. The master bedroom contains a queen sized bed which sleeps 2 for a total of 9. The bunk room, in the rear of the camper, is very roomy. It has a couch, 3 folding bunks and a TV hookup. With the bunks folded it can act as a second living room or playroom for the kids or private area for guests. It has a roomy bathroom with a full stand up corner shower. The common area contains a dining table with 4 chairs, pull out couch, TV console with flat screen TV (TV included), stereo system with speakers throughout the camper and outdoors. The kitchen contains a 2 well sink, microwave oven, propane stove/oven and large refrigerator that runs on either electric or propane. Abundant storage both inside and outside. Tires are in excellent condition and the mileage on this unit is very low. We purchased it from a family who had set it up in a park(and did not use it often). We only pulled it 1K miles last year. This unit pulls absolutely beautifully. It has no bad habits or surprises. I pulled it with a F350 single rear wheel. The wheel bearings have been greased, re-torqued and the brakes were adjusted last spring. This camper is all aluminium and the Mountaineer Edition means it has additional insulation to keep you more comfortable.
The camper comes fully furnished including flatware, dishes, pots, sewer, water, and electrical hookup. A small propane grill will also be included. This camper is ready to hook on to and head out to wander and explore new places.
I CAN"T STRESS ENOUGH THIS CAMPER IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION (my wife wouldn"t have staid in it if it wasn"t).
The title does have a lien on it for my loan. I have spoken to my bank and they assured me that they will issue a lien release as soon as they can verify the funds.
