We sold this unit a few years back and just took it back in trade for a later model it is very clean inside and in nice shape overall. This is a dual axle camper with 30 amp service and has the drop down garage door with 9"10" garage floor space. The exterior has a carefree awning. The GVW is 11,000 lbs and the dry weight is 8,008 lbs. The interior has the front bedroom up stairs with a dream foam Aloe Vera mattress and walk around bed with dual closets with mirror fronts, tan vinyl headboard and valances with pull shades, it also has dual overhead cabinets and pioneer ceiling speakers. The bedroom door is a beige sliding privacy accordion style door. The bedroom also has tan carpeting and a Tv stand with audio video plug ins. It has a CD/DVD/Mp3 player stereo. The main living room kitchen area has vinyl flooring tile pattern. jack knife style pattern sofa bed with valances and pull shades upper cabinets and padded arm rests. the kitchen has the sink, 3 burner stove/oven, vent system microwave, tank monitor and Norcold gas/electric refrigerator. The hallway has a closet with hanger bar and storage above. This unit has the high ceilings even in the bathroom. The bathroom has a full door, porcelain toilet, vanity with sink and mirror cabinet, shower with skylight. There is a full door to the garage. The garage has the vinyl flooring with 9 D-Rings, it has the pull down bug screen for the rear door while open and silver inside cabinets. it also has dual windows with valances and blinds and dual vents. It is 97" wall to wall wide inside. Fresh water 55 gal. This has a furnace, roof A/C ducted and water heater. The exterior has 1 panel on the slide out that is scraped it comes with the trailer in a box just needs to be put on, it is a siding type sheet metal strip. Everything else looks great this was a well kept trailer by the original owner and the previous owners we dealt with.
