Vehicle description

Turnkey, just about everything you need to hit the road except sunglasses, a toothbrush and a couple cooking pots. The unit features two electric slides, one in the living area and one in the bedroom. When the slides are in, there is good access between the cab and the bedroom, only the bottom of the bed is scrunched against the cabinets limiting access to one side of the bed. Exterior features include the RV portion of a Blue Ox towing rig, only the toad hook-up that is specific to an individual vehicle is needed; a full set of AirTabs, little plastic pieces adds to the back end of the rig that greatly stabilize the vehicle at highway speeds and that increased the mileage by about one mile per gallon; hydraulic automatic levelers; awnings protecting all the coach windows; and an automatic step to simplify entrance in the coach. Inside there is an entertainment center and extra storage over the driver compartment rather than a bunk bed; a double hide-a-bed couch; and a dining table that folds down to make another double bed. The kitchen features a gas range; a combination convection oven and microwave; a full set of silverware; cooking utensils, dishes, and kitchen linens; a propane or electrical driven freezer / refrigerator; an electric or propane water heater; a separate shower and toilet area with a bathroom door that open separates the bedroom, shower and toilet from the rest of the coach; a sleep-numbered bed that when the slides are out is fully walk-around and has a small night stand and separate night-lights on each side; and an emergency exit window that is big enough to actually fit through. There are multiple roof vents; ab electric air/conditioning and heating unit; a propane driven heating system; an internal cold water filter for better drinking water; and even a battery operated wall clock rarely seen in RVs. In the storage compartments below the coach there is a built-in Cummins 4000 watt AC gas generator hard-wired to the coach; a 20 foot 30-Amp hard-wired-to-the-coach electrical cable to attach to campground electrical pedestals plus a 10 foot 30-Amp extension for a little longer reach; various adapters to attach to 50-Amp and 15-Amp power sources; a 20 foot and a 10 foot extension sewer hose with caps for all ends; an 8 foot city-water, black-water sewer wash-out hose; two 25 foot and a 10 foot city water hoses for fresh water hook-ups; various hose connection adapters; a water pressure regulator with gauge to limit city water pressure to a level acceptable for RVs; ground pads for the hydraulic leveler legs; a building-block vehicle leveling set; an emergency road marker set; two folding chairs and a couple folding tables; tools – like an emergency slide crank – to deal with various coach problems; an everyday tool box with sufficient tools to deal with most concerns; various liquids, powders, and parts needed for maintenance; and even a portable propane grill for barbequing. Hidden in other areas are things like a tent; a polypropylene ground rug; spare bulbs for just about every lamp in the unit; a set of 12v fuses; combination clock / temperature and voltage meters showing the condition of the engine and house batteries; a complete set of manuals for the rig; a large atlas that shows state and national campgrounds; a 115v computer printer; switches that activate a mood lighting system; and a 12v converter that feeds 115v power to the television set. All in all, other than a quick trip to Walmart and a few groceries the rig is road ready and just waiting to start a new round of adventures.
