For sale is 2008 Holiday Rambler Presidential Suite 36RLT luxury fifth wheel trailer. Trailer is 38 feet long, with 3 slide outs, GVWR 16,950 and dry weight of 13,500 Lb. Has 70 gl Fresh, 100 gl and 50 gl Black tanks. This trailer was nicely optioned and features large living area with TV, large sofa recliner and two recliners. Trailer has aluminium exterior, dual pane windows, real wood interior and much more. Kitchen with island and solid counter-tops. Master suite with walk-around King bed, Its own TV, Large closet. The full bathroom has a spacious shower with glass door, skylight and laundry with washer/dryer combo. Please look at over 200 pictures bellow. The trailer has California Salvage Certificate Title due to being near fire. Trailer was near the recent California fires and got some burns on the front/left area. Front cap has some fiberglass chips, front left slide has decal bubbling and paint discolor. Also some of the slide out toppers have burn holes and front part of the roof has burn marks that will be repaired. Trailer is now located in Rocklin California.
