I have a 2008 Haulmark 42ft enclosed race car trailer. It is a goose neck with 20ft of LQ and 22ft garage. It has a newer troy built generator and two ac systems front and rear. It also has a full bath with full size shower, mircowave, fold out couch, tv, outside lighting, roof top deck aka observation deck, compressor, winch, tool boxes, etc. Everything is in working order and it sleeps 4. It is a great toy hauler and with little mods could fit many different needs. Beds can be added in the rear already a/c back there. There is a small spot that is damaged in the rear and is pictured.
