This is our family"s 2008 Gulf Stream SuperNova Bunk House. We purchased this unit a little over a year ago from a dealer in PA. It was a trade in from the original owner. We brought it back to VT, went on three local camping trips with it, and parked it at a campground close to our home on a seasonal site for the remainder of the summer. It was winterized in the fall and stored inside until this weekend. The reason we are selling, is that we have decided to go with a fifth wheel set up since we don"t plan to travel after falling in love with having a seasonal site close to home. The following are the highlighted options. There may be things we"ve missed in this listing as we didn"t use it to it"s full potential. We are happy to answer any questions. This is a 13 year old camper. It"s not perfect. It has been loved and used. There is come clear coat peeling on the roof from sun exposure. There are minor dings, scratches, and imperfections throughout. The upholstery and interior show signs of wear. Our family of 5 has absolutely loved this rig, but have decided to go a different route and let someone else enjoy it!
Two "cons" im aware of, the electric steps stopped working. I replaced the motor and the control mechanism with brand new units and it still won"t work. I stopped caring because they are either open or closed. They will need to be diagnosed. The abs light is on on the dash. It was on when I bought it and I never cared enough to diagnose it as we never drive much. Im guessing its a sensor or dirty tone ring. Tires have excellent tread, and not cracked but they are 9 years old, they will need to be replaced soon if you plan to travel a lot. .
