The Glendale travel trailer is superior to many 5th wheels due to its unique aerodynamic design, which makes it an extremely easy tow; its overall measurement is 31", but is only 25" from the pin back so it is allowed in most state parks; because it is built in Canada, the insulation is second to none; and, it is equipped with disc brakes all around (as opposed to drum brakes) which makes sudden stopping much safer.
This trailer has new top of the line Marathon tires by Good Year, a near new $1500 Sunbrella cover, and a near new battery. It is wired in the living room and bedroom for satellite cable.
There is a queen bed in the rear, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The living area also has substantial room for another sofa bed or futon so it can sleep more.
Everything in this trailer is very clean, from the sinks, to the cupboards, to the shower, to the refrigerator. It is tastefully decorated and comes with a lovely $400 bedspread and down pillows.
Extras are included as well, including a portable rolling waste tank for off the grid camping/dumping.
