The Vin codes this as a 2007 Chassis but the title will state 2008. This unit does come with the 300 Horsepower Mercedes 6 Cyl diesel engine and Allison automatic transmission. This unit was completely serviced back in May 2019 at Martin"s Peterbilt.
We have owned this unit for 3 years and have taken it on several trips. As seen in pics, we still have things in the underbelly from our most recent trip. This unit has extremely low mileage and low hours for the year of the home. This home has most all basic appliances with real wood cabinetry and leather couches and captain chairs. This unit does have dual air and gas furnace which all work great. This unit does come with a queen bed and plenty of storage.
We purchased this coach over 3 years ago at an insurance auction due to an RV dealer parking lot getting flooded. The only signs of water in this unit was in lower storage boxes underneath the home. We intentionally did not clean the water line in one box so we could show the waterline if we ever decided to sell it. It is around 3 to 4 inches in the box. No water got inside the home itself.
If you are looking for a ready to use get in and go anywhere home, then this is the home for you! We just got back from our Fall vacation.
