For sale is a one owner 2008 Mercedes Benz-Freightliner Sprinter Utility Vehicle.
Mechanically, the vehicle runs great. It passed inspection with no problem. Transmission shifts smoothly, engine runs properly. (It does have some lights on the dash) It"s a diesel engine so if taken care, this will run up to half million miles.
The Sprinter was previously used by the NYPD as an emergency command center on rear occasions, it has an 8KW working generator and custom cabinetry in the rear cabin including a work table, AC unit, air vent, refrigerator and lots of outlets and phone cables throughout.
This unit was meticulously maintained by the NYPD. The body paint and a few dents and scratches happened when the emergency decals were removed.
